Entrusting a third-party company with your marketing data isn’t a decision to take lightly, which is why we have taken extra measures to ensure your data is kept secure. Here are some of the ways we do that.
TrueNorth’s infrastructure is hosted by Google Cloud (GC). Our main servers are located in the European Union, and are compliant with the security and privacy standards outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Privacy Shield.
All this to say, your data is hosted in a safe place.
All marketing data is encrypted at rest on Google Cloud, which means that in the event of a breach your marketing data would be unreadable. Only the TrueNorth application is able to decrypt this data and display it inside the application.
We have a comprehensive range of internal policies to ensure that our employees and contractors follow security best practices. From strong password policies and mandatory two-factor authentication, to incorporating privacy by design into our product design process.
We also have confidentiality agreements with all employees and contractors who are able to access your marketing data.
